NEXA AMBATTUR - NEXA SHOWROOM IN CHENNAI

After five months of agonising wait, I have finally taken physical delivery of my Baleno (Astra Ray Blue, Petrol) from NEXA Khivraj Motors. The car was well worth the wait. Full credit to Maruti India for designing this premium hatch back car which surpasses expectations in all aspects. I drove the car for about 200 kms recently and was extremely pleased with its performance. The ambience and the inbuilt infotainment system is superb and it responds so well to the commands. It was a sheer pleasure to drive.

The staff at NEXA Khivraj was always very courteous and always provided me the relevant information I required. My Relationship Manager, Manju Jain, dealt efficiently with my impatience, always explaining the reason behind the wait, and reassuring me that I was waiting to get the best. My special thanks to her. I would also like to thank the Branch manager at Khivraj NEXA who has ensured that the entire team worked well and made our NEXA experience a pleasant and memorable.

The Baleno truly is owner’s pride, and neighbour’s envy!

I must congratulate the management of Maruti and Khivraj Nexa. The excellent training given to employees is seen in the exemplary treatment of customers.

My initial visit and following test drive experience at the showroom was very average. I had almost decided on a competitor’s product, which had lesser waiting period. However, the Baleno was costing a shade lower, and I did not have a real urgency in getting the new car. So, a couple months later I revisited the showroom, and this time met Ms. Manju who was very professional and swayed me over to Team Baleno.

During the waiting period, I suffered an unfortunate injury to the knee and could no longer drive my current manual transmission vehicle. I was tempted to cancel my booking, but Ms. Manju again changed my mind by revealing that I was #1 on the wait list, and would get my car within two weeks. I finally got my vehicle and am very happy with it.

I would like to share a few lines regarding the purchase of car through the Canteen Stores Department (CSD). It was wonderful experience at Nexa Ambattur, I am really happy about the personal touch throughout the process, especially the cumbersome procedure of CSD. You were always available through telephone, mobile and internet and any issues were quickly solved. I was a little apprehensive by the reviews of NEXA Ambattur by some of the customers on online portals, but I felt their hesitations were unfounded. I would like to convey my regards to Mr Rajkiran and Vijay Anand who were very helpful during the process.
